I particularly like that Mr. Zinsser added humanity. Too often we forget to be “human” in our writing. That is, we are writing about and commenting on people who have feelings and paradigms for which we often have no understanding or framework. I am at a point in my life and work where I want to empathize and encourage even if I don’t understand. We all have a story. We all need to tell it.
